Our Trip to Disney

The end of day #1.

After Ava gave Snow White a kiss, Snow White kissed her on the forehead. Ava didn't realize she had the kiss on her head until I showed her this picture after I had taken it.

Ava & I again. This is the day we got lost out on the ocean in the fog. It took us 1 hr and 15 min to go about 3 miles. It was a little scary! Being out on the ocean is definitely different than being on a lake!!!

Ava's 4th Birthday Party

We had Ava's birthday party on April 19th at our house. She asked to have a "Princess Tea Party". It was sooo cute & so much fun. We invited several little girls from school & dance and told them to dress like princesses. When each girl arrived they walked the "red carpet" to the front door. We then made tiaras while everyone arrived. The girls then sipped their tea and ate snacks served on silver platters. Instead of playing Pin the Tail on the Donkey, we played Kiss the Frog. Each girl had to put on their own lipstick and try to kiss the "Prince Frog" on the lips. It was so funny to watch them put their lipstick on!! Then we ate cake and had an ice cream bar complete with chocolate syrup, caramel, sprinkles, Reese's sprinkles, and cherries. In case you can't tell by the picture, we had enough cake to feed 60+ people!!! There are soooo many more pictures I would love to put on here!! At one point, one of the other little girls said "This is a great party, Ava". They all had a really good time!

My 30th Birthday

Matt had a surprise birthday party for me on March 28th. It was supposed

to be at Eden State Park but the weather didn't cooperate so it ended up being at our

friends, Tom & Mendy's, house. I have more pictures somewhere that Tommy took of everyone that was there but I'll have to find them and add them on later!
